Refund Policy

This policy applies to all services and products provided by Toufan Auto Care, Toufan Auto Services Center, and Toufan Al Shmal Tyres (collectively, “Toufan Auto Care“, “we”, “us”). By using our services or purchasing a Toufan Care membership, you agree to the terms below.

1. SERVICES ALREADY PERFORMED

Once a mechanical, electrical, bodywork, painting, denting, AC, tyre fitting, alignment, or detailing service has been completed, the service itself is non-refundable. This is consistent with UAE consumer protection norms for completed automotive labour.

If you believe a service was performed incorrectly or did not meet the agreed scope, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of collecting your vehicle. We will inspect the issue at no charge and, if the fault is confirmed to be ours, we will:

  • Re-perform the service at no cost, OR
  • Refund the labour portion of the original invoice

at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.


2. PARTS AND PRODUCTS

Parts supplied by Toufan Auto Care are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. If a part fails within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.

Parts installed on your vehicle cannot be returned or refunded once installation is complete, except in cases of manufacturing defect.

Tyres, batteries, oils, lubricants, and consumables are non-returnable once fitted or opened.


3. DEPOSITS AND ADVANCE PAYMENTS

Deposits paid to secure parts orders or appointments are refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.

After this period, deposits are non-refundable as we may have already committed costs including:

  • Parts ordering
  • Technician scheduling
  • Workshop slot reservation

4. DIAGNOSTIC FEES

Diagnostic fees (including ECU scans, electrical diagnosis, and inspection charges) are non-refundable, as these represent completed technical work regardless of whether you proceed with repairs.


5. TOUFAN CARE MEMBERSHIP
Monthly Memberships

You may cancel your Toufan Care monthly membership at any time through your customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you retain access until that date.

Partial months are not prorated or refunded.

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships may be cancelled within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, provided:

  • No membership benefits have been used

After 14 days, or after any benefit has been claimed, annual memberships are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future renewal.

Used Benefits

Once any membership benefit has been claimed (including oil service, brake inspection, AC check, or alignment), it cannot be reversed or refunded.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails:

  • Membership status becomes Past Due
  • You have 7 days to update payment details

After 7 days, the membership may be automatically cancelled.

Benefits used during the past-due period are not eligible for refund if cancellation occurs later.


6. ONLINE PAYMENTS

For services or memberships paid online through our payment gateway:

  • Payment confirmation is sent by email or SMS within 24 hours
  • If payment is charged but no confirmation is received within 48 hours, contact us immediately at +971 55 740 0594
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, subject to bank/card issuer timelines

7. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund or raise a concern:

Please include:

  • Customer name
  • Vehicle plate number
  • Invoice or job-card number
  • Date of service
  • Clear description of the issue

We aim to:

  • Acknowledge all requests within 2 working days
  • Resolve refund matters within 14 working days

8. DISPUTES

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to:

Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) – Consumer Protection Division

in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.


9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at:
