This policy applies to all services and products provided by Toufan Auto Care, Toufan Auto Services Center, and Toufan Al Shmal Tyres (collectively, “Toufan Auto Care“, “we”, “us”). By using our services or purchasing a Toufan Care membership, you agree to the terms below.
Once a mechanical, electrical, bodywork, painting, denting, AC, tyre fitting, alignment, or detailing service has been completed, the service itself is non-refundable. This is consistent with UAE consumer protection norms for completed automotive labour.
If you believe a service was performed incorrectly or did not meet the agreed scope, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of collecting your vehicle. We will inspect the issue at no charge and, if the fault is confirmed to be ours, we will:

Parts supplied by Toufan Auto Care are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. If a part fails within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.
Parts installed on your vehicle cannot be returned or refunded once installation is complete, except in cases of manufacturing defect.
Tyres, batteries, oils, lubricants, and consumables are non-returnable once fitted or opened.
Deposits paid to secure parts orders or appointments are refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
After this period, deposits are non-refundable as we may have already committed costs including:
Diagnostic fees (including ECU scans, electrical diagnosis, and inspection charges) are non-refundable, as these represent completed technical work regardless of whether you proceed with repairs.
You may cancel your Toufan Care monthly membership at any time through your customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you retain access until that date.
Partial months are not prorated or refunded.
Annual memberships may be cancelled within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, provided:
After 14 days, or after any benefit has been claimed, annual memberships are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future renewal.
Once any membership benefit has been claimed (including oil service, brake inspection, AC check, or alignment), it cannot be reversed or refunded.
If a recurring payment fails:
After 7 days, the membership may be automatically cancelled.
Benefits used during the past-due period are not eligible for refund if cancellation occurs later.
